Vitalcare’s 24/7 Monitored Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) solution and devices are designed for residents living at home, in a retirement village, independent living units, or an aged care facility. The service also offers a solution for at-risk lone workers
Our Capabilities?
Vitalcare employs its own hardware and software engineers who design our products and write our software. All our IP is owned by the company and we assemble all our products in Australia.
Our cloud – based management tool Vitalcloud provides access to real-time call status, response statistics, audit reports and systems maintenance functionality from anywhere in the world.

Technology
Vitalcare has experience across a wide range of technologies and critical messaging systems both large and small. This includes internet of things (IoT) technology such as LoRa wireless products, neural network-driven voice analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) cloud-based analytical reporting and support, mmWave radar and machine vision, smart consumer wearables (iOS and Android) and emergency services paging. Vitalcare’s product range includes a comprehensive nurse call system utilising wired (PoE), wireless (LoRa based IoT protocol), Bluetooth, ZigBee, NFC (near field communication) and hybrid ecosystems along with a wide range of compatible devices such as call points, sensors, duress alarms and intelligent systems for dementia and wandering patient management.
