Vitalcare is available 24 hours a day, and our engineers and technicians are repairing, servicing, installing and supplying parts for nurse call systems nationally.

As an essential service provider, we are able to enter restricted areas in most cases. All our field engineers are equipped with PPE and are happy to comply with your internal processes as well. Call us on 1300 669 888 if you require service and support.

We service all makes and models of Nurse Call Systems

If you require service of any brand of nurse call system and cannot get immediate support from your service provider, call Vitalcare. We can service a range of makes and models of nurse call system. If we cannot help you, we do not charge. In the unlikely event, we cannot get your system running; there are other options available, including providing a temporary emergency nurse call system.

Emergency Nurse Call Systems available

Should your nurse call stop working or suffer a catastrophic failure, Vitalcare has a solution. Our emergency nurse call system is available for immediate deployment.

This temporary nurse call systems comes in a self-contained ruggedised case – not much larger than a briefcase. It plugs into power, and even includes an internal battery backup for over 4-hours of continuous operation, and secure self-contained access to the internet for remote configuration, reporting and system management. No wiring is needed to install call points or pendants. Doctors, nurses and care staff are provided with pagers or can use their mobile phones to be alerted of nurse call activations. We can also provide LED signs.

Nurse Call for pop-up and temporary hospitals and wards

Vitalcare can also supply temporary nurse call systems for pop-up hospitals and wards. This system has an unlimited capacity of call points and pendants. It can cover an extensive physical area – such as a whole holiday resort, or multiple level hotel. An extension is also available with battery or solar-powered repeaters, or via the internet, to connect multiple sites.

Installation is simple. Wireless call points powered by internal batteries are fixed to walls or bedheads with double-sided tape. Alternatively, patients can wear neck pendants and wrist alarms.
