As many of you know, we’ve been working long and hard on our voice activation and keyword detection engines as part of our Felix IP nurse call offering. We believe that this will revolutionise your residents’ and clients’ experience in both their own homes and your facilities.

By detecting key phrases, we can enhance the quality of care provided to them and engage better with staff, carers and family.

All of this is processed directly in your facility. It’s not shipped overseas for processing or reliant on internet connections, keeping your data and activity safely in your facility.

To do this, though, we require vast amounts of data, and we need your help. We require thousands of samples of various peoples voices to train our machine learning engine, and you can be a part of this.
