We are looking for an enthusiastic, go getting individual willing to grab the bull by the horns and run with it. You will be approaching Aged Care facilities and Retirement Villages and meeting everyone from the maintenance manager to CEO’s.
You will be assisting the National Sales Manager in managing the sales process, from initiation to installation and provide a great customer relationship going forward. The position suits a versatile and outgoing individual with some sales experience, but more importantly a sound and structured approach customer relationships. You will be spending time in the office and on the road locally, with the potential for interstate travel.
The ideal candidate will run their own sales agenda, developing relationships with both new and existing customers and develop business according to long-term growth strategies.
Experience in cold calling, relationship building, time management and sales is essential. Having a technical background would be beneficial as would experience in tender response and using CRM tools.
Nurse call or aged care industry experience would be valuable for this role, but not essential. Enthusiasm and a positive outlook is critical.
This role would suit someone looking to move from retail into B2B (Business to Business) sales.

Electronics Technician – Aged Care – Nurse Call
Do you like electronics? Do you want to learn about new technology and how it can be used to interact with people and enhance their daily quality of life?
Vitalcare is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with ambition to learn and provide quality service to our customers and their residents.
In your role you will be installing, maintaining and servicing Vitalcare Nurse Call equipment in our 1000 Aged care facilities across Australia. Part of the role will be to liase with our clients and provide them a high quality of service.
You don’t need to be an Electrical Engineer, we want someone with a basic understanding of electronics to get started, and we can teach you the rest. Of course if you have experience that is a definite plus!
Vitalcare is expanding, and with the development of new products, we need to grow our team to continue to support our customers.
Experience preferred in the following areas:
- Electronics Certificate

- Open Cablers licence
- Fault finding experience
