Chair Mats

Vitalcare chair mats provide immediate off-chair indication and are typically installed on top of chairs. The mats feature heavy duty construction for maximum life and can be connected directly to wired call points, or be wireless when used in conjunction with the Mat Transmitter. In a wired configuration, when a resident leaves their chair a nurse call alarm message is generated which identifies the room or location of the call point it is connected to.

Wireless Mat Transmitter

All Vitalcare mats can operate wirelessly using the Mat Transmitter. This device connects to either pressure sensitive or enuresis mats and provides a IoT (LoRa based) wireless connection to the Vitalcare nurse call platform. This feature provides a versatile connection option allowing any mats to be used anywhere in the facility, and be easily relocated without the need for wiring or system reprogramming. Bed, chair, floor and enuresis are compatible with the wireless Mat Transmitter. The Mat Transmitter can be programmed using the Vitalcare smartphone application.
