Calling for Expressions of Interest
“Frankly we can do better” – Royal Australian Commission
Can your innovative technology solution improve the quality of life and care for older Australians and others living with a physical or cognitive disability?”
Innovative Technology. Transforming lives. Shaping the future
Vitalcare is committed to improving residential aged care and home care for older Australians, and people living with a disability.
We want to inspire and empower a generation of innovators who will drive and thrive in our increasingly digital world.
With the Internet of Things (IoT) digital technologies are connecting more devices and data than ever before. We have engineers and technology solutions, facility managers have challenges and goals, students have fresh ideas – and working together, we can make a difference.
Our first Vitalcare Innovation Challenge recognises individuals and new business ideas that leverage innovative technology for social and environmental impact from student entrepreneurs around Australia.
The Challenge is open to all students or graduates with a passion for applying technology to positively impact older Australians, or people living with a disability.
How to get involved?
If your solution uses digital technology to positively impact older Australians, or people living with a disability you should enter.
Areas of impact include, but are not limited to, critical needs like healthcare, dignity and choice, independence, social inclusion, accessibility, security and the environment.
